Dive Team PADI IDC STAFF INSTRUCTOR JOE QUINN 
| Joe hails from the New York area and loves to dive and teach. Joe teaches Discover Scuba up to Assistant Instructor and a host of specialty dive classes. He is also a Dive Master on many of the sites. Joe likes to stay on the water year round and the water is never too cold for him. He is the head dive instructor here at Express Watersports and is in charge of all dive training programs. Joe recently obtained his Masters Captain License from the USCG. |
PADI OWSI Instructor Gary Cook  | Gary is from Maine & retired to Georgetown, South Carolina in 2006. Gary is now a Padi Open Water Dive Instructor OWSI and teaches 5 PADI specialty classes. Wreck, Deep, Night, Nitrox, & Digital Underwater Photography, Project Aware, Care for children w/AED, Peak Performance Buoyancy. Gary loves to be on the water & teaching new students how to scuba dive. Gary can also be seen traveling to many great dive destinations.

PADI OWSI Dive Instructor Karla
 | Karla has worked her way up from Intern to Divemaster to Instructor here at Scuba Express while attending CCU and obtaining a Physics Degree. Karla Hails from the Pittsburgh Area and yes she is a Steeler Fan. You will find Karla on the Dive boat, pool are at the shop most of the time. She enjoys teaching dive class, discover scuba or just plain diving. |
PADI OWSI Instructor Erin  | Erin has been on the dive team for several seasons and has done a great job helping customers on the boat. She teaches Scuba classes as well as works the boat as a Dive Master on the dive sites. You might see her go over first to set chain and tie into the wreck site. Erin is a Graduate of CCU Marine Science program. She now works for the Coastal Carolina Scientific Diving Program as well as being PADI Instructor.

Master Scuba Diver & Asst. Instructor Nick Mariano 
| Nick has completed his Assitant Instructor course with Express Watersports. He has worked on the dive boat for the past few seasons getting the dives and the experience he needs to be a professional Dive Master & Asst Instructor. He has done an excellent job and we welcome him to the dive team. Nick gets to travel the world with his job and he has been diving in some great places. |
PADI OWSI Instructor Andrew "Spooner" Raak
 | Andrew worked as an intern on the dive boat while finishing his degree at CCU in Marine Science. He has worked his way up to PADI OWSI Instructor. Andrew has been certified to rebuild regulators, visual tanks and work on dive gear. Andrew also works with vendors to keep the store stocked.Youll see Andrew just about everywhere. He is on the boat, dive shop, pool or on the phone ordering gear. |
Dive Master Zach Hart  | Zach is attending CCU for Marine Science and has been working as an intern on the dive boat and working at the dive shop. Zach has picked up filling tanks, and working on dive gear since he has come aboard. Zach is a big spearfishing guy and he loves to go after big game. Zach has worked his way up to Dive Master and is often on the dive boat Scuba Express. |
Dive Master Tony "Montana" Garner | Tony is orginally from Pelzer, SC. Tony has been with Express Watersports off and on since 2004. He is one of the shop techs working on scuba gear, Hydro testing scuba tanks,The main man on the new Bus with a CDL. Tony also works on the boats either diving or helping keeping everything looking nice. |
Dive Master Danny Attayek  | Danny is From Greensboro, NC and has lived in the Garden City Beach area since 1989. He was a Myrtle Beach lifeguard. Danny is also the #1 salesman for Karen Gibbons Embroidery in Garden City Beach. He is the Chief Executive PIG Cooker, Chairman of Murrells Inlet Yacht Club and a Sales Rep for OCE. You can find Danny serving as DM on the Dive boat setting chain and assisting customers. He loves to Dive. |
Dive Master Chad Morgan  | Chad has been diving and a Dive Master in the Myrtle Beach area for a long time. He has logged years of diving on lots of sites . Many of you are very familiar with Chad. Chad also teaches spearfishing classes and techniques to new spearfishing customers. Chad also loves to dive. He can be seen cruising to the jetty or paradise in search of flounder. He is the yoda zen master in shooting cobia. 3 on one trip alone all huge fish. |
U/W Videographer Rich Taylor  | Rich is seen on the dive boat from time to time shooting dive footage of various wrecks, reefs, and ledges off the coast of South Carolina. Rich and his Video crew have done an excellent job in capturing the true underwater life off the coast of Myrtle Beach. Rich works with Expedition teams, Exploration teams, and salvage crews to document underwater sites. He also works with local TV stations on local programming and develops and produces different shows. You never know, you might be in one of the films. |
BOAT CAPTAINS Master Captain Ralph Eichstaedt  | Ralph is a licensed Master Captain and currently runs the dive boat Scuba Express. Ralph loves to be out on the water. Ralph is the guy who you will see running things on the dive boat and making sure the crew is doing a great job. Ralph has been all over the world transporting boats and has some great stories. |
Master Captain Jonathan Poore  | Jonathan loves to be on the water and from time to time you may see him running the dive boat Scuba Express , the Newton 46 when not running the Parasail Express boat. He also may just be along for the ride as a Dive Master helping Joe with students, setting chain, or working the back deck. He is not afraid of loading all those dive tanks . You will always see him at the dock, on the boat, in the pool or at the office. |
CAPTAIN EASY GO
Capt Easy Go....AKA Perry Jones  | Perry Jones is Jennifer, Bryan and Ben's father. We call Him Capt Easy Go. He drives our golf cart around doing various task. He is Jennifer's right hand man for getting errands done. Perry can be found on most of our out of town trips to Florida, Bahamas, Cozumel etc. He takes care of most of the bookwork and payments along the way and makes sure everyone gets what they need on our trips. He is a regular on the Crystal River trips as most of the Spring owners know him and share old times. |
